  • Adverse events (AEs) were evaluated in a subgroup of patients with episodic migraine (EM) or chronic migraine (CM) and CV medication use at baseline in this pooled analysis of phase 3 trials of fremanezumab
  • No safety signals were identified, and cardiac and vascular disorder AEs were infrequent across all treatment groups; the most common AEs were injection-site reactions, including pain, erythema, and induration
  • Fremanezumab treatment over 12 weeks was well tolerated, with low and similar cardiac and vascular disorder AEs to placebo, in patients with migraine using CV medications at baseline
